On Tuesday, February 8, 2005, two members
of the Saginaw Spirit Hockey team came to visit Bullock Creek Elementary
and Pine
River Elementary. The players visited each classroom at Bullock Creek
Elementary and read a story to the students. The students were excited
to meet the hockey players and many of them took the opportunity to
get their autographs. After visiting the classrooms at Bullock Creek
Elementary, the players then went to Pine River Elementary School and
spoke to the entire school during an assembly.
