MStep testing for 6th and 7th graders will continue on Thursday.  Students will take the Math portion of the MSTep test.  Testing will take place from 7:40 - 11:00 am.  Thank you for scheduling appointments around this time.  It's important for students to arrive on time.  Students who arrive late will have to take the test on the testing makeup day.

Attention all 8th graders interested in running for Student Council next year at the HS. There will be an informational meeting on Monday, May 8th during AC in the library. If you are currently a mentor working with Mrs. Schroeder, please let Mrs. Schroeder know that you are planning to attend the meeting as soon as possible.

The Grace A. Dow Memorial Library is looking for teen volunteers over the summer. This is a great opportunity to earn volunteer hours. To be a part of the VolunTeen program, you must be entering grades 7-12 in the Fall, but you DO NOT need to have a library card or live in the City of Midland.  Responsibilities will include handing out summer reading prizes, helping with children’s events, and more!  Every volunteer must attend one of our orientation sessions on May 8 or 17 even if you have volunteered in the past. You can register on the library calendar or call the library, to let them know you’re interested.
