Dear BCHS Families,
Below are a few important reminders regarding graduation tomorrow night.
General information
- GRADUATION – THURSDAY, MAY 25TH @ 7:00 PM – STADIUM
- Gates will open at 6:00 pm.
- Tickets are not required for admission.
- Seating in the stadium will be on a first-come-first-served basis w/ the front row of seating reserved for those family members who are physically unable to sit elsewhere.
- No early admission.
- No seating on the field or track
- Parking – General admission; please enter the main parking lot through the Gordonville Road entrance into the main lot
- Handicap parking (w/permit) – reserved in the back of the building (behind the auditorium) for those who are physically unable to make the walk from the main lot. Use the bus garage entrance to access the back of the building.
**Rehearsal for graduates – THURSDAY, MAY 25TH – 9:00 AM (mandatory for those participating in the ceremony)
As an option for families who would like to watch graduation, but are not comfortable being seated in the stadium, we can offer an option to watch it live-streamed.
NFHS is the camera/viewing system that we use for live-streaming our sporting events. This should give the audience a good view of the stage and graduates, including audio. Please understand this is an automated camera and there may be times that the system is not perfect. This will be the first time for us to use it to stream graduation in the stadium.

This is normally a subscription-based system. For the graduation event, the system has been set to allow free access to those with the above link. Once you click on the link you will need to create an account. You will need to create a username, password and email. There is no cost to do this. Once you’ve completed that, there will be an icon with our logo that says ‘Bullock Creek Graduation’. Click that and you can enjoy our ceremony. The video will go live at 6:30 pm – starting with music from the Bullock Creek Band.
I hope this provides a good alternative for those families member who want to enjoy the ceremony from home.
