Hey Seniors and Juniors, if you have applied to or are interested in applying to Grand Valley State University, this information is for you. A representative from GVSU will be here on Friday, April 8th at 12:35 to assist students with the application process and answer any questions that you may have. Parents and students, grades 7th to 12th, are invited to the Annual Skilled Trades Night at J. Ranck Electric on Thursday April 14th from 5:30 to 8pm. This is an opportunity to hear how JRE employees energized their careers, see their work, and learn how the decision to enter skilled trades has led to successful and rewarding careers. This includes interactive tours, equipment simulation, dinner, and more! See postings outside the office and in the Lancer lounge to sign-up.
Looking for a volunteer opportunity? Tuesday, April 12th, FIRST Robotics is in need of many volunteers to help set up for the State Robotics Competition at SVSU. The time commitment is flexible. Starting after school, they will be constructing 4 competition fields and pit areas for 160 teams. See Ms. Doud or Mrs. Forbes for more details.
