Dear BCHS Families,
Unfortunately, the weather forecast has encouraged us to move the graduation ceremony into the main gymnasium. With this move comes a few changes to our previous plans.
Remaining the same…
- Doors open at 6:00pm. Guest are welcome to enter through the exterior main gym doors.
- Tickets will not be required for guest attendance.
- Seating in the gym will be on first-come-first-served basis w/front row of the bleachers reserved for those guests physically unable to sit elsewhere.
- Graduates should arrive by 6:00pm w/line up completed by 6:30pm.
- Graduates should park in the bus lot – gates open at 5:00pm & locked at 10pm.
- The Badour Road entrance will be blocked off. Please enter through the Gordonville entrance to the high school.
Changes…
- Handicap parking – the front row of parking against the island will be reserved as handicap parking.
- Band students can park at the back of the building (behind the band room).
- Graduates will greet families in front of the building following the ceremony.
