BCHS Announcements

The first round of Homecoming voting started today- however there was a glitch in the system! Voting will start tomorrow and run until the end of the school day Thursday. Please check your school email for the new ballot titled “Ballot #2.” You are allowed to vote for 5 boys and 5 girls. If you vote for more than this, your ballot will be DELETED! 

Are you interested in joining Peer-2-Peer? P2P is a club that provides depression awareness, suicide prevention education, mental health training, and support for students. If you are interested in helping your classmates who are struggling with mental health issues, please stop by Mrs. Brown's office to pick up an application to join this club.

Do you have interest in acting on stage or working behind the scenes in a play? Auditions for Charlie and the Chocolate Factory will be tomorrow, Wednesday, from 3:00-5:00 in the auditorium for those who want to act on stage - packets are on the counter in the Main Office.Those who wish to work behind the scenes should email Mr. Shields or see him before the end of the day tomorrow. If you have any questions, see Mr. Shields in room 4E. Anyone is welcome to join!

Creekers for a Cause is a unique club at BCHS. Creekers for a Cause members help in our community by volunteering and raising money for various causes. Some examples of what we do are volunteering as elves at Breakfast with Santa, hosting benefits like Deacon's Defenders, and organizing Kindness Week. If you are interested in learning more about this club, please join us at our first meeting on Thursday, September 8th at 7:20 am in the Distance Learning Room. If you ride the bus, please join us as soon as you arrive. Stop by and see Mrs. Brown if you have any questions.

Hey Juniors and Seniors - We will have our first college visit for the year on Friday. A representative from Central Michigan University will be here this Friday, September 9th at 10:15 am. If you would like to meet with her to learn more about CMU, please sign up in the Counseling Office.

Students interested in taking a course online for second semester of the 2022-2023 school year, stop by the Counseling Office. Applications are due by 3:00 pm this Friday, September 9th.

Seniors - If you are interested in ordering a Class of 23 shirt or sweatshirt, orders are due no later than next Monday, September 12th. Please turn your orders into Mrs.Brown in the counseling office or Mrs. Rinn in 2D.

Have you seen your friends paging through their 2021-2022 yearbooks and wished you would have ordered one for yourself? Good news! There are approximately 40 extra copies of the yearbook available for purchase in the high school media center. The cost is $70 per book and can be paid for in cash or check made out to Bullock Creek High School.

If you are the sibling, relative, or friend of a graduated senior you can pick up their yearbook for them in the high school Media Center. 

Lunch Wednesday - Mac & cheese with optional toppings, breadstick, green beans, fresh fruit & milk.
