Hey Juniors and Seniors listen up - A representative from Spring Arbor University will be visiting this Thursday at 1:00. Next week, a rep from Lake Superior State University will be visiting on Monday, October 17th at 1:00. A rep from Clarkson University will be here on Wednesday, October 19th at 10:15. Last but not least, a rep from Douglas J. Aveda will be here on Friday, October 21st at 9:15. Sign up in the Counseling Office if you would like to talk with any of these representatives.
This Friday, October 14th, is College Night at the varsity football game! Admissions reps and financial aid information will be available for students and families. Wear some college gear in the student section to help celebrate!
The BLOOD DRIVE will happen at Bullock Creek High School on Tuesday, October 18th. If you are 16 or older, you can sign up to donate at lunchtime through Thursday this week. Boys must be 110 lbs and girls must be 120 lbs to donate. First time donors need to fill out a form prior to the Drive, if you are 16, you must have it signed by a parent. The First Time Donor forms will be available at lunch or in the Main Office and are due by Monday, October 17th.
The Class of 2023 shirts have arrived. If you ordered a shirt or sweatshirt, stop by Mrs. Brown's office today to pick it up.
Congratulations to the Boys Tennis Team for being the first team in school history to reach the state finals! With a second place finish in the region the boys qualified for the state tournament down in Kalamazoo this Friday and Saturday. Carter Bass and Corbyn Furlo were regional champions at four doubles and Andrew Whittington was the regional champion at four singles. Kyle Kutzke and Logan Joseph were the runners up at three doubles, Griffin Anderson and Jaren Kipfmiller were the runners up at two doubles and Bryce Herron was the runner up at two singles. In the eight championship matches, Bullock Creek was represented in five of them. Great job by the team!
