Listen up Lancers, tomorrow is day two of exams. The review hours are 1st, 3rd & 5th - followed by 3rd & 5th hour exams. Tomorrow, lunch is based on where you are 3rd hour. THIS IS DIFFERENT THAN TODAY’S LUNCH. If you are in D wing, E wing or the shop - you have 1st lunch. If you are in A wing, B wing or the gym - you have 2nd lunch.
Peer-2-Peer will have therapy dogs during both lunches again tomorrow to help with exam stress. They will be in the Distance Learning Room on the corner of D and E wings. Stop by and give these furry friends a visit!
Are you interested in leaving at 11:15 Thursday after exams? Permission slips are available in the Main Office, and need to be turned in by tomorrow.
Covenant HealthCare Volunteer Services is now accepting applications for the Summer 2023 session of their High School Volunteer Program. Students will have an opportunity to experience a medical center atmosphere and interact with nurses, physicians, and technologists throughout the organization. Students will be able to volunteer as a Patient Ambassador as well as serve in opportunities with pharmacy, physical medicine & rehabilitation, and emergency care. They also have non-clinical volunteer areas available such as patient discharges, mail delivery, clerical support, and the gift shop. Students may apply online, www.covenanthealthcare.com/volunteer, and the deadline to apply is March 31st.
